CONTROLS
Arrows = Move

Hold Shift to enter Focus Mode
X = Rude Buster (when gauge is full)
P = Pause/Unpause
Rude Gauge (the purple one) fills by grazing bullets or killing Fiends

Very cool game! I want to beat it hitless at some point. The only thing I request is a restart button. (Also you should mention that p pauses somewhere.)
